A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the request and supplies its result. Grayson County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

It explains how to reach Grayson County custodians, Kentucky State Police, the courts, corrections, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not compiled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people, and the site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
