Why We Built This Site
Kentucky records do not sit in one complete public database. The Grayson County Sheriff's Office keeps reports made by its deputies, the detention center keeps custody data, and the Circuit Court Clerk maintains District and Circuit case files. Kentucky State Police runs the central criminal-history repository and statewide registry. The Department of Corrections maintains KOOL for state custody and supervision. This site organizes official contacts, access methods, search fields, request steps, and known fees around those real lines of custody.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Kentucky court, law-enforcement office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- It cannot issue certified records or retrieve an official criminal history
- It cannot submit an expungement petition or open-records request for a reader
- It cannot correct, remove, or change a government record
- It cannot give legal advice about a charge, warrant, case, or sentence
- It cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, hours, or process has not changed
An official copy must come from the custodian, such as the Grayson County Circuit Court Clerk, Sheriff's Office, Kentucky State Police, or another agency that created the record.
